1. Who can use Collink
You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding contract. Creators and businesses must provide accurate information and keep their account details current.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at support@joincollink.com of any unauthorized use.
3. Collaborations & payments
- Businesses fund collaborations up front. Funds are held in escrow until work is approved.
- Collink charges a platform fee per collaboration based on the user's plan.
- Subscription plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled.
- Sales tax / VAT is calculated at checkout based on the customer's billing address.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Collink for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes. Don't post content you don't own or have rights to.
5. Content ownership
Creators retain ownership of their portfolio. Rights to delivered work are governed by the agreement between the creator and business for each collaboration.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from settings.
7. Disclaimer
Collink connects independent businesses and creators. We are not a party to the work agreement and don't guarantee outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
