Subscriptions
Subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and won't renew.
Collaboration funds (escrow)
- Funds you deposit for a brief are held in escrow until the work is approved.
- If the creator doesn't deliver the agreed work, you can request a refund and we'll review.
- Once funds are released to the creator, refunds are no longer possible through Collink.
Disputes
Open a dispute within 7 days of delivery from the booking page. We aim to resolve disputes within 5 business days.
Taxes
Taxes collected at checkout are remitted to the relevant authority and aren't refundable through Collink in most cases.
