Recurring billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. You'll receive an emailed receipt for every charge.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Plan & billing. You keep premium features until the end of the current billing period; you won't be charged again.
Upgrades & downgrades
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Platform fees on collaborations
Each collaboration includes a platform fee that depends on the applicable plan: 10% (Free), 7% (Pro / Featured), or 5% (Elite). The fee is deducted from the gross collaboration amount before creator payout; it is not added to the business subtotal. Businesses pay the agreed amount plus applicable tax. Monthly subscriptions are separate.
Collaboration payments & payouts
Creator transfers require approved work and a payout-ready connected account. Automatic payout availability is coming soon during early access. Payout timing depends on Stripe and account readiness; Collink does not guarantee same-day payouts or provide a regulated escrow service.
Taxes
Sales tax / VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing address and shown before you confirm payment.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry and notify you. Premium access continues during the retry window. If retries exhaust, the plan moves to Free.

Manage payment methods and download invoices anytime via the secure billing portal — open it from Plan & billing.
