Recurring billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. You'll receive an emailed receipt for every charge.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Plan & billing. You keep premium features until the end of the current billing period; you won't be charged again.
Upgrades & downgrades
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Platform fees on collaborations
Each collaboration includes a platform fee that depends on your plan: 10% (Free), 7% (Pro / Featured), or 5% (Elite). The fee is applied to the gross collaboration amount.
Escrow & payouts
Brief funds are held securely in escrow until you approve the delivered work. Creator payouts are issued after release minus the platform fee.
Taxes
Sales tax / VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing address and shown before you confirm payment.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry and notify you. Premium access continues during the retry window. If retries exhaust, the plan moves to Free.

Manage payment methods and download invoices anytime via the secure billing portal — open it from Plan & billing.
